Pro-Pain signs with Regain for new album!

NYC sound terrorists Pro-Pain have signed with the Sweden-based metal label Regain Records for the release of their 11th and latest album, No End in Sight. The album is scheduled for August 22, 2008 release in Europe and will be released by Regain in the U.S. on October 14th, 2008.

Over the course of 16 years, Pro-Pain has continued to expand upon its brutal, skull-crushing sound and No End In Sight is said to be the band's most accomplished and melodic work to date.

Pro-Pain vocalist and bassist Gary Meskil says, "I think that is an accurate description. The new CD offers a wide variety of styles, more so than any of its predecessors. However, a fair percentage of the recording is also very traditional - in the Pro-Pain sense - and sonically heavy. No End in Sight is exactly the type of album that we wanted to create this time around, so we couldn't be more pleased with it."

For stateside fans that can't wait for mid-October, the band is offering streaming audio from the new album on both their website and on their MySpace page.
